I have been this guy! at piney campground embarrassed because my camper was dirty from being rained on all winter. It looks clean from a distance, but when you run your finger across it it leaves a trail through that dirty film. I'm busy and I don't have the time to scrub that entire camper before a camping trip, I just need to hook up and go!

This is why storing it inside is the ideal thing!

-No sun fading and wearing out my paintjob,
-No constant TN,KY winter rains trying to find that entrance point to leak through my slide out etc.
-No hot sun baking my vent covers on my roof making them brittle to crack and break.
-No carpet of leaves laying on my roof all winter causing all sorts of problems!
-No pulling it miles home taking chances on a low hanging limb knocking a hole through the roof or damaging AC on the roof.
-No pulling it miles and miles wearing out the tires and bearings and risk having that most terrible day of fixing a flat on the side of the road!

water is available in parking lot to wash your campers, fill your tanks, wash off your boats etc.

Every unit is 14x40 with electric plug and a light in the unit,,concrete floor. Special of $95 a month for the first three months going on now.

We are conveniently located just 5 miles from Paris Landing State park at the state line on hwy 121 (TN 119 turns into KY 121 at the KY state line), no turns onto backroads or hard to find. The parking lot is huge with plenty of room to turn around your truck and trailers and back into units.

We have 24 hour video surveilance of property and have a business on the property so it is always looked after. Convenience store right across the street with fuel and goodies for your days on the lake.

We added the limestone gravel on top of the churt bank run gravel early as we had a couple customers say it kept their campers cleaner .

I had always planned on doing this I just wanted to let it get packed in really good for a few months first.

I did remind them that here at state line boat storage we have two water spigots and customers are more than welcome to wash their campers and boats before putting them in storage!! I will be adding some large long handle brushes to be on site for customers to borrow and use to wash off their campers.

We have changed our name to stateline boat and Rv storage from Gmart Rv and boat storage. We did this to separate the business from the now new management of Gmart as they have renamed the convenience store “Cast a Line Fuel Center” .

We will still network together.
