At Shaffer’s Auto Service & Exhaust, we feel it is important to address the false impression being created by recent social media posts.
Shaffer’s Auto Service & Exhaust has been under new ownership since January 1. We are a separate business and were not involved in the events or allegations being discussed online. Any claims or attempts to associate Shaffer’s Auto Service & Exhaust with those events are simply inaccurate.
We have reached out directly to the individual making these posts in an effort to resolve the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, she has made it clear that her goal is for all businesses associated with the previous ownership to suffer, despite acknowledging that only one business was involved in her personal experience.
While everyone has the right to share their personal experiences, no business should be unfairly targeted for situations in which it played no part.
Since taking ownership, our family has worked hard to build Shaffer’s Auto Service & Exhaust on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and respect for every customer who trusts us with their vehicle. We will continue to focus on providing the quality service our customers deserve rather than engaging in online conflict.
We also want to recognize our incredible team. Our employees come in early, stay late, and work tirelessly every single day to provide exceptional service and ensure our customers leave satisfied. They take great pride in their work, and it is disheartening to see their dedication overshadowed by accusations that have nothing to do with them. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, loyalty, and commitment to serving our customers and our community.
Finally, to everyone who has supported us, spoken up for us, and continued to trust Shaffer’s Auto Service & Exhaust with your vehicles—thank you. Your loyalty and confidence mean more than words can express.
