Did you guys know that I not only build food Trucks And Trailers mobile businesses and concessions of all nature but I also run them I have two concepts of my own Uncle Johns barbecue stand and also Tio’s Taqueria! That being said it helps me understand some of the most important aspects of a kitchen. The flow if things are not in place where they should be it causes you to take more steps, steps or time and time is money we maximize your flow by custom building everything to ensure the things are in the proper positions to keep you moving with maximum production! Our designs and builds are much different than most builders as a lot of people like to put things where they fit making it the easiest possible. Have you ever seen a Food Truck !?!?! where the Bay Marie or the grills or the Steve tables or whatever are just way too high in the air, ultimately making it harder to cook or in funny locations. If so, it’s because the builder took the easy way out that is not how we operate here. we actually do the opposite. I work with each client designed a blueprint that will ensure they get exactly what they need. Everything put in place exactly where it should be and trust me when I tell you it makes a huge difference. Your equipment should be set at a level, which makes it comfortable for the chefs and operators think should be close to where they’re needed. You should have your freezers next to your fryers. You should have a table next to your fryer for a landing station do not put equipment backed up against the wall. It makes it hard to operate and use them properly and also keeping things in the proper order that is needed. Trust me when I tell you I’ve spent more time operating food trucks than most people will ever I have 15 years in our hands on operated for seven of those years. I was the only person running the trucks with just helpers. I’m not only can understand the rules of the regulations and the laws to build them, but I also understand what it takes to operate them put me to the test come try out one of our flows. I’ll even take you out in one of my Food Truck to experience it before you buy !
