Many many hours into getting this one back in tip top shape. Failed main bearing with who knows how many seasons on it. If your gonna charge a premium they have to leave premium.

While tuning a new 90 setup, the jetting wasn't quite ending up where I had anticipated and the pull was good, (better than previous setup) but not as strong as I anticipated either. The machine just felt off a little during the tuning process, not mechancially but from a tuning standpoint. I said to myself man it feels like this thing could benefit from a larger exhaust system. The machine felt restricted. I chalked it up as thats just how its gonna perform. Did delivery of the machine. A short time later the restriction showed it self. I knew in my gut the machine should have performed better than the results I was receiving. Again, they weren't horrible but I should have investigated it further. Fortunately this happened before hand and not during the race.

Exhaust packing has a lifespan, even on 4 stroke 90's. But its something that is rarely thought of as a failure point on small bore engines. Guilty as charged there!

Assembled and running. Man does it bark 😏. Will finish up break in today. Run the additional crankcase vent lines and take it for a rip. Track testing coming this weekend! This is the new billet head we shared a week ago along with a new high comp forged piston for the 114 kits.

Some other updates...

v1 Raceheads back in stock

Signed off on updated approval drawings for our Gen 2 Forged units for the stroker setups. Took some work to get the ring pack we wanted in the space we had to work with. Also raised the compression some.

New engine room is built and already in operation. We were able to have it knocked out quick with minimal disruption to the shop. Thanks Josh and Jeremy!

54mm & 56mm cranks back in stock -reminder does not work with std 114 piston.

Stroker pistons- we have a few cast pistons available for these until our new updated forged units arrive. No eta from wiseco yet.

114 kits with cast pistons. We have a few kits available. Please read listing on website for important information regarding the temporary changes to the kits. We have a shipment of cylinders and pistons coming this week. If your running a stock or racehead and need replacement o rings and gaskets for the head, use OEM. If your running a v2 head and need the o rings you will need to purchase those seprate. They are available the website.

Cylinder head reveal....few things to note that I didnt put in the video to try and keep it short.

A-R had no part in anyway designing this head. This head was designed and built by a company overseas for another machine. We are simply just adapting and bringing it to the US market for the Trx90. We are working on finalizing US distribution with the manufacturer. We never make claims to anything we did not develop. We need to measure the head and determine what pistons we will use so we can provide accurate comp ratios. Oil cooler adapters need to be confirmed.

For you 114 guys we also got a sample of their forged piston they offer. We have to do some more measuring to confirm application compatibility but that will be on the testing block and if all goes well, it will be available at a much lower cost point then what we could offer the wiseco for.

As mentioned in video, no pricing available yet but it will be more affordable than what you think.
