Responsibilities
· Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
· Follow the routes and time schedule.
· Load, unload and operate a delivery vehicle
· Communicate with management about any concerns or problems with delivery vehicle immediately.
· Follow all traffic laws and practice safe driving skills
· Answer the phone with a clear and professional voice
· Actively listen to our clients and customers for their needs and answer any questions they may have and address any concerns.
Skills
· Delivery experience as well as knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred but not required.
· Ability to operate our vehicles in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
· Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
· Be able to work as a member of the team as well as independently
· Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
· Knowledge in automotive parts, pricing and alike STRONGLY preferred.
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· Valid driver’s license
· Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past 5 years, no more than 3 minor traffic violation in the past 3 years.
· Be available to work various shifts including morning and mid-day, Monday-Friday and some Saturday’s.
Starting salary is $9.00 per hour with an increase after 30 days based on job performance.
