Manufactured Housing Consultants has been in business since 2002 and carries homes from 9 different manufacturers including Clayton, Southern Energy, Legacy, TRU, Cavalier, Oak Creek, Fleetwood, Shultz and CAVCO. Essentially we are manufactured home only and manufactured home and land financing specialists. We offer financing options from 9 different lenders and within those lenders exists over 20 different finance programs that include but are not limited to chattel home only, land & home, VA, FHA, conventional, ITIN financing programs, self-employed alternative income verification programs and land in lieu of your down payment. We can even approve credit scores as low as 550 with as little as 10% down.
