Jessica McKinzie Richardson - Phyllis Browning Company Realtor As Jessica Richardson’s husband says about her, “She buys houses like most women buy shoes.” Of course, he speaks in jest, but it’s a point well taken.

Jessica is a native Texan who knows the state well — she’s lived in Lubbock, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston — and she’s been a real estate investor in the Texas Hill Country since 2017. Jessica loves real estate for the precious commodity it is. She also understands that it’s ever-evolving for people, so you’ll never catch her referring to a property as your “forever home.”

hing her real estate career, Jessica had worked in corporate sales for over 10 years and taught at a private school for seven. Her strong sales and marketing background, organizational command, and distinct eye for detail made real estate a natural fit for her. But the greatest alignment comes from her love of working with people and valuing relationships above everything else. Jessica is also a native Texan who knows the state well — she’s lived in Lubbock, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston — and she’s been a real estate investor in the Texas Hill Country since 2017. Jessica lives happily in New Braunfels with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and floating the river. Jessica’s favorite pastime is live music — especially Texas country music — and you’ll often find her at a local dance hall or amphitheater supporting artists. When she’s feeling studious, she’ll research a particular region’s property market and home trends.
