His strong work ethic and willingness to help make him a valuable asset to our team! 👏

One of Kevin's favorite things about his job is the people he works with. He appreciates the teamwork, positive atmosphere, and the way experienced employees are always willing to help those who are still learning.

🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: JUSTIN DICKERSON 🌟

This month, we’re excited to spotlight Justin Dickerson!

Justin has been stepping up and taking a more active role throughout the shop, especially when it comes to troubleshooting in areas where the team has needed additional support. His willingness to jump in, learn, and help wherever he’s needed has made a difference, and we’re proud to recognize him for taking that initiative!

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Justin said it’s the people he works with and the great group they have built. He’s also proud of where he is today, both in life and in his career.

And what motivates him to come to work every day? In Justin’s words, “My monkeys need things.” 😂🐒 Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with the people he cares about, playing in the mud, and camping.

Justin also has something especially exciting to look forward to—a grandson on the way, arriving in January! 💙 If he could travel anywhere in the world, he’d head to England, where he has lots of family he’d love to visit.

Justin, thank you for stepping up, supporting your team, and continuing to take on more throughout the shop. We appreciate everything you do and are glad to have you on our team! 👏

🎉 Employee Spotlight: Robert Lorance | RENEW 🎉

This month, we’re proud to recognize Robert Lorance and the dedication he brings to RENEW!

As our salesman, Robert works diligently to build relationships, connect with new customers, and help RENEW continue to grow. His hard work, persistence, and commitment to the company have not gone unnoticed, and we’re thankful to have him on our team.

It’s fitting that Robert says what he enjoys most about his job is bringing in business, while the team he works with is what motivates him to come to work each day. He’s also proud of balancing family and work—something we know takes plenty of dedication!

When he’s not working, you can find Robert ranching or fishing, and if he could travel anywhere, you’d likely find him headed for the beach. He also enjoys making people laugh, so there’s never a dull moment when Robert is around!

Robert, thank you for your dedication and everything you do for RENEW. We’re proud to have you as part of the team!

👏 Help us congratulate Robert on being our Employee Spotlight!
