‼️🚨Big Boz Transport Rental Standing Rules
To ensure a smooth and respectful rental experience, all renters must follow the rules below:
1. Age Requirement
Renters must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
2. Authorized Drivers Only
Only the driver(s) listed on the rental contract are allowed to operate the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.
3. Respect the Vehicle
Treat our vehicles as you would your own—or better.
4. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5. No Illegal Activity
Illegal activity involving the vehicle will result in immediate consequences and potential legal action.
6. Return in Same Condition
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition they were rented:
• Clean interior
• Gas same as you received it
• No new dents, scratches, or damage
7. Late Returns
Late return fees will be applied if the vehicle is not returned by the agreed-upon time.
8. Deposit Policy
• Failure to follow these rules may result in partial or full deduction from your deposit.
• If damages or additional fees exceed the deposit amount, the renter is responsible for the remaining balance.
