She wasn't the prettiest, but she was a customer favorite in our fleet of customer courtesy cars! We have decided to retire the PT Cruiser convertible, and pass her along and donate her to a family in need in the Belleville area.
Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! We are grateful for our employees for making sure she was safe and ready to roll for her new family, and to our customers that make it possible to help others in need during this holiday season!

We hope you will join us this Saturday, November 2nd from 11 AM-2 PM for our Customer Appreciation Celebration at our New Baden Location, 1140 Bailey Road, New Baden, IL 62265. We are expanding and looking for a few great technicians. We are looking for an entry level oil change/tire technician to master certified technicians. We have a couple openings with the 3 shops.
Our work environment is clean, modern with a great atmosphere. We provide health insurance-blue cross blue shield, dental-delta dental, vision insurance, IRA retirement. Paid time off, vacation days. Monday through Friday work week. Individual and team production bonuses.
No experience is necessary for an entry level oil change position. We would prefer to train you for that position.

We are excited about the Air Show and STEM Expo this weekend at Scott Air Force Base! Consider joining us to watch the magnificent air show on Saturday, May 13th! Our Belleville location is in a prime location to view the awesomeness! We will have free BBQ and drinks to enjoy, starting at 11:00 AM! The ideal candidate will have the ability to diagnose complex issues. Perform service and repair duties exceeding customer expectations. • Diagnose, maintain and repair all automotive systems. • Provide communication regarding repair needs and solutions to Service Advisors. • Provide communication as needed to customers so they understand which service needs to be done as well as why. • Interact as an integral part of our auto repair team. Pay will be based off of your experience, training and performance. We offer a 40hr guarantee and bonus program for flat rate hours turned. Qualifications • You'll need a high level of motivation, energy and a customer-focused attitude. • Valid drivers license with good driving record. • ASE Certification is not mandatory, but encouraged.

Sell and up sell services by emphasizing value

Answer all phone calls with a positive attitude

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service

Drive the sale of technicians time to meet sales forecasts

Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon customer requests

Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes

Ensure customer has a positive experience at our facility
