When I am called and my services are requested, I come as soon as I can to get the issue diagnosed. I don't drag my feet, I hustle, I work to 100% of my capabilities.
I don't charge a diag fee(I probably should)
I don't charge for gas(because it's part of the unique service I offer)
I work WITH my customers and around their schedules(sometimes compromising my own)
I provide top quality work, and I warranty all of my work. When I send out these quotes/estimates I am giving my best prices to the customers. I want everyone to have working transportation(school, kids to daycare, work)
I have always beat any other shops quotes, not the backyard bruisers, or the guys bustin knuckles on the weekend.....actual other repair businesses.
For example: when I send a quote for $501.07
Don't come back with "you think you can do a little better if I pay cash?)
ok Betsy, $480(because I still have to pay taxes no matter the form of payment)
"Hmmm, so how about I pay you $450?"
π Well, this isn't let's make a deal. Now I will have to revert back to my original quote. Do you ask for a better price at Outback Steakhouse after they bring your bill? Or the doctor? How about end of life care.......
I love what I do, I love that I can help people to save a little bit getting repairs done and it still being legitimate, honest work.
