🔧 ROUGH IDLE? WE GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF IT! 🔧

This 2011 Kawasaki Mule 4010 4x4 came into the service department with a frustrating issue, it didn’t want to stay running at idle, and when it did run, it definitely wasn’t running as smooth as a Mule should. 😬

After getting it into the shop and performing some diagnosis testing, we found there was a little more going on than just a basic tune-up.

Our technician determined it needed:
⚡ A fresh set of spark plugs
⚡ New ignition coils
⚡ A replacement ECU

Once the parts arrived, we got everything installed, tested the unit, and made sure it was running the way it should before sending it back out the door. ✅

Now this Mule is back to starting, idling, and running smoothly. Ready for plenty more miles of work, chores, hunting trips, and whatever else the owner throws at it! 💪

We appreciate our customer trusting us to get their Kawasaki back up and running!

🔧 WHEN THE STEERING WHEEL TURNS… BUT THE WHEELS DON’T! 🔧

This 2011 Kawasaki Mule 4010 4x4 came into our service department with a pretty serious steering issue, the steering wheel would turn, but the front wheels weren’t following along.

After a quick diagnosis, we tracked the problem down to a worn steering joint that had reached the end of its service life and needed to be replaced.

✅ Problem diagnosed
✅ Replacement parts ordered
✅ New steering joint installed
✅ Steering operation checked

We were able to get the parts in and the repair completed within just a couple of days, getting this Mule back to its owner and ready for many more miles of work and play!

🔧 WHEN A DIY JOB NEEDS A LITTLE EXTRA HELP… WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED! 🔧

This customer brought us their 2019 Kawasaki Mule Pro-FXT after running into some trouble while replacing the drive belt.

And we have to say, we appreciate and respect our DIY customers! 👊 There’s nothing wrong with tackling your own maintenance and repairs, but sometimes you hit a point where the right experience, equipment, or specialty tool makes all the difference.

That ended up being exactly the case with this Mule. The belt replacement required a specialty tool to perform the job correctly, so our service department stepped in, got everything taken care of, and installed the customer’s brand-new drive belt the right way. 🔧✅

Now this Mule is back together, running like it should, and ready for many more miles of work and play!
