Automax Recruiting AutoMax Recruiting and Training is the premier company in Northern America. We recruit AND train every position in the dealership.

Properly staffing each department of your dealership can be a daunting task, it’s time consuming. Most managers are unsure of where to place the help wanted ad and how to write one that will be effective. Scheduling & screening frustrates most people and on top of all that it’s expensive, with no guarantee for the results you need. I’m sure we can agree that even with the greatest process’s in the industry, without a properly staffed store, “Human Capital” if you will, your dealership won’t reach it’s full potential. AutoMax is the solution!

Add the loss $$$$ up and calculate your monthly loss X your pay plan .
We as humans are motivated by two very basic emotions ( provided we are mentally healthy)
Avoid pain, seek pleasure .
How much pain are you willing to handle by loss of revenue due to being understaffed and not dominating your market.
Imagine then the pleasure because you made a decision to control your market.
Thrive , don't just survive
