With running high lift camshafts and more spring pressure, good rocker arms are extremely important! Some used rockers can be as old as 28 years (first year of ls1 1997) and we see more old rockers getting trashed from wear and abuse. Although we still offer inspected and honed factory rockers, there is always other options.

Below are two ls3 rockers- the top is a cheap recast with trunnion upgrade and the 2nd is a bare BTR with an improved design for more strength.

We highly recommend the BTR for any of our custom high lift camshafts if the budget allows. Contact us for pricing!

This is high zinc performance engine oil, great for Hot Rods, street cars, and flat tappet camshaft engines.

Yes you can run it in your ls engine. Our shop truck’s 1999 6.0L LQ4 (stock bottom end) makes 45psi at idle and 73psi at 6,500rpm hot on this same oil.
