Just a reminder we will be out of office next week. We know everyone is trying rush before 5pm today.

We are adding a new tuner on board after we get back as well so hoping we can expedite the turnarounds on tunes as we have been flooded with orders for the past few months .

There is a reason we had to stop posting for awhile we simply could not keep up and were burning ourselves out trying to keep up. Most seem to fight to get orders but we had the opposite issue. Too many and were trying to get it to slow down for months

Customer asked us for a refund since his car wouldnt idle on our tune. This is the BS tuners deal with daily... Common sense isnt so common anymore.

Clearly timed wrong.

I always say this. What do you trust more. Someone who did their first install/OPG on their own or a tuner that tunes hundreds of the same setups... People are quick to point to a tuning issue but never want to consider their first time install has a much higher probility of being the issue. Usually 99.9 percent of the time its related to the work performed.

**🚨 WEBSITE / ORDERING UPDATE 🚨**

For everyone wondering why our website and ordering system are currently down, here's the short version.

A few days ago, our checkout system unexpectedly stopped processing orders. After quite a bit of troubleshooting on our end, we traced the problem to an **SDK/payment integration issue within the website platform itself**.

We attempted reconnecting the payment system, restoring previous backups, and multiple other troubleshooting steps with no success. It was eventually determined that our website was running on an older version of the platform and needed to be migrated to their newer infrastructure.

What was supposed to be a roughly **90-minute migration** has unfortunately turned into a much larger ordeal involving multiple restores, migrations, support teams, and a website that still isn't fully functional.

For a business that processes a significant amount of sales through the website every day, this has obviously been extremely frustrating — and we're doing everything we can to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

We appreciate everyone being patient with us. We'll update everyone as soon as ordering is back online.
