During last night's severe flooding in Pigeon Forge, Tri-Star Towing worked side-by-side with the Pigeon Forge Police Department to get stranded motorists out of dangerous floodwaters safely.
From wading through rising waters to winching submerged vehicles back onto flatbeds in the heavy rain, our teams worked through the night to keep our community secure. Great Job by everyone.

🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July from Tri-Star Towing & Recovery! 🇺🇸

Today we had the privilege of completing a unique tow at Patriot Park. We were called to assist a stranded motorist who was also a vendor preparing for tonight’s Fourth of July celebration.

With vendor access to the park closing at 1:00 PM, time was of the essence. Our team responded quickly, navigated the Patriot Park walking trail, and safely removed the disabled vehicle before the gates closed, helping ensure the vendor could continue preparing for the evening’s festivities.

No matter the challenge, Tri-Star Towing is committed to providing prompt, professional service when our community needs it most.

Today, Brandon with Tri-Star Towing & Recovery was able to assist a stranded motorist after their vehicle left the roadway and ended up in a difficult position. Using skill, patience, and the right equipment, Brandon safely recovered the vehicle and helped get the situation under control.

A special thank you goes out to the Tennessee Highway Patrol for their assistance with traffic control and scene safety. Their professionalism and teamwork helped ensure the recovery was completed safely for everyone involved.
