Introducing Ryan Sutter, a valued member of our Service team here at inTech! Ryan came to inTech from within the RV industry looking for a company who took pride in their product with employees who took pride in their jobs. He has really appreciated the diversity of the products inTech creates as well as the financial transparency shared with the employees within the company.

Ryan would love to be found in Tennessee or Maui on vacation but he will also settle for his favorite hobby...spending time on the lake with his family. Ryan's favorite season is Spring!

Meet Steve Mathews, one of our amazing Engineers here at inTech! Steve has spent the last 9 years working alongside his teammates/friends at inTech. The team mindset where there is no "us" and "them" as well as having a Christian atmosphere of co-workers are some of the aspects Steve appreciates about his job.

Steve's favorite season is fall. His favorite hobby is golf and, befittingly, his favorite vacation spot is anywhere warm where there is a golf course to play at!

This week's "Faces of inTech" features Jon Lechlitner, often referred to internally by staff as "Chunny". Chunny was drawn to the work environment inTech offered as well as the challenges of learning a new skillset after working in the healthcare field for 15 years. That work culture and the mindset to always be pushing for the best has made his 4 years serving as a Project Manager successful.

Chunny's favorite season is summer, which works well with his favorite hobbies...being active with running and biking. His favorite vacation spot is the beautiful nature of the West like Colorado, Arizona and Utah.

We're ending the work week with another face of inTech for you to meet. Chris Grasinski has been a part of the Sales team here for 2 years although involved with inTech for several years prior as a vendor of our aluminum coils. He told himself if there was ever an opportunity to work directly for inTech he would jump at it because he believes inTech is the best at what they do. That jump paid off and Chris is now enjoying the chance to work for leaders who have taught him so much and grown him professionally as well as personally.

Chris's favorite season is Spring. He loves to read and finds his favorite vacation spot anywhere he can make great memories.

We are glad you are part of the team, Chris!

If we go back to the very beginning...literally day 1 of inTech, we would find this familiar face! Tom Franko is one of the founders of the company and helps keep the Engineering team on track around here. One of the things Tom appreciates about his job is all the friendships he has formed over the years.

When Tom is not knee-deep in projects here at work he can be found hiking and working on old cars. His favorite season is fall and his favorite vacation spot is the mountains.

We truly appreciate everything Tom has done and continues to do here at inTech!

Our Faces of Intech employee of the week is none other than Donny Schmucker, one of inTech's Production Managers! Donny came to inTech because he was interested in being a part of the culture of excellence and commitment inTech has to its employees. Looking back over his 9 years here, he sees this job is so much more than building trailers, it's about relationships, working beside so many amazing people and being able to take off time for family and friends.

Donny also personally enjoys backpacking outside of work, his favorite season is fall and his favorite vacation spot is the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming.

Thank you, Donny, for being such an incredible roll model for the team here at inTech!

Our Faces of inTech series this week is taking you from meeting an Angie last week to another Angie this week. Meet Angie Thieszen, part of the Marketing Team here at inTech. Angie came to inTech from a professional art career a little over 5 months ago during a time of transition in life. She enjoys the sense of purpose she gains from being at inTech using her gifts and developing friendships with her co-workers.

In her free-time Angie can be found doing life with her four kids and taking on about anything creative. She loves watching things come back alive during the season of spring and her favorite vacation spot would be high in the red rocks of the Utah/Arizona area.

This week we want to feature Angie Clark, who heads up our amazing Service Team! Angie came to inTech for stability and the culture inTech is known for. She has been here 5 1/2 years because inTech continues to treat her and all their employees like people, not numbers. She loves that family and life outside of inTech is also valued and encouraged.

When she is not giving her 100% towards serving the customers of inTech she can be found riding her motorcycle during her favorite season of summer. Her favorite vacation spot is Galveston, Texas.

Angie...you are a gem and we truly appreciate EVERYTHING you do here at inTech!

Meet Adam Helfrich! Adam has been at inTech for 5 years now. Although he has helped out in various departments, he is currently serving on the Marketing team. He is thankful inTech has been a place where quality is prioritized and customers are valued. His various roles at inTech have also been a way for Adam to learn many new skills.

Adam's favorite vacation spot is Kauai, Hawaii which makes sense because his favorite season is summer! He enjoys mountain and gravel biking whenever he gets the chance.

This past week some of our employees volunteered their time at our local Feed My Starving Children packing event. For two hours they joined an amazing crew and helped to pack 312 boxes of food for children in Liberia, Burkina Faso, and Guatemala who are currently going hungry. Those boxes of food will feed 179 children a meal every day for an entire year! Thank you to Feed My Starving Children for creating this great event and allowing inTech to take part!

One of our long-time employees, Michael Breniser, probably doesn't need much of an introduction to many of you, but for those who haven't had the privilege of getting to know Mike, here are some fun facts about him!

Mike came on the Purchasing team here at inTech at the very beginning in 2010 so he's been a faithful employee now for 15 years! Over the years he has appreciated inTech being a company culture that cares for its employees as people.

Outside of work, Mike is an avid obstacle course competitor in races such as Spartan Races and Tough Mudders. These races have not only had him traveling within the United States but also abroad. Mike's favorite season is Spring and his favorite vacation spot is Corinth, Greece.

Mike is one of the many that make inTech a special place to work. Thanks, Mike, for all you do!
