Can mold and mildew always be cleaned from a convertible top?

Unfortunately, no. When the staining has worked deeply into older material, repeated cleaning may still leave the top looking spotted and worn.

That was the problem with this Corvette. Instead of continuing to fight stains that would not come out, the owner chose a complete convertible-top replacement—and the car’s appearance was restored.

If your top is stained, faded, separating, or leaking, bring it by for an evaluation.
