Yesterday evening, we received a call about this Ford F-150, and the caller asked our favorite question: "This truck is owned and registered to an individual who is active duty Coast Guard, do you have a military discount?" As always, we gave our favorite answer! We are dispatching a truck now, and there will be no charge. That's right, if you're a veteran, active duty, or a first responder, the tow is always on us! Yep, we also do full-service roadside assistance and repairs. This Freightliner called today with DEF pouring out of the pump. After a quick attempt to stop the flow by jamming a stick in the line, they finally called in the pros. Once we got there, we quickly figured out the problem was a sheared-off DEF pump ni**le. After a quick chat with the driver, we found out they had a ferry in 2 hours... we managed to fix the broken ni**le and get the truck up and running in time for the boat.
