This customer had strong sewer tank odors.

We recommended replacing the plumbing vents with the Cyclone 360° vents. The Cyclone 360° vent greatly reduces the odors from the sewer tanks. We then got everything replaced and sealed.

There was a noticeable difference immediately!

This customer's toy hauler has a rear bed lift called a Happijack.

This mechanical system has never operated since the purchase and was stuck in the upright position. We performed a lot of electrical diagnoses to find a failed control module, faulty limit switch, and internal failure of the wall switch. Gaining access to all the components was a challenge, but we managed to replace the failed parts.

After recalibrating the motor start and stop points, we tested the system confirming proper operation!

It's not a common part malfunction but hot water heater pressure relief valves can go bad!

Between the harsh water and pulling the handle to bleed air from the system they can wear out.

Sometimes the original valve fights coming out, but this one was nice to us!

This customer's motorhome was not starting without being jumped.

The engine batteries were many years old with lots of terminal corrosion and would no longer hold a charge. Before we installed the new replacement batteries, we cleaned all the wire ends with a wire brush and cleaned out the battery tray.

Now everything looks nice and the motorhome starts immediately!

This customer had two campers with water leaks from the rooftops and sides.

We started by cleaning the exterior on both campers. We then sealed the rooftops and every possible exterior joint. We repaired and replaced some screw covers, plumbing vents, and separated exterior corners. We finished everything up with two coats of rubber paint on the rooftops.

These older campers cleaned up really well, and the customer should get many more years of use.
This is just a reminder. Most rubber membrane rooftops have a life expectancy of 10-12 years with the proper maintenance of cleaning, sealing, and conditioning. Rubber painting the rooftops is performed once the membrane has lost its protective capabilities. Rubber paint is suggested to be reapplied every year after, in addition to the inspection of rooftop seals and applying lap sealant when necessary. This process is much less expensive compared to rooftop membrane replacement. Remember, the most important task is to keep the water out.

This customer just got their brand new camper back from the selling dealer who replaced the ice maker, which had never worked. The service department claimed that they had tested everything, and the ice maker is working correctly.
The customer returned home to find water spraying out from under the refrigerator.

We discovered the water line to the refrigerator was not connected. Once we pulled the refrigerator off the wall, we found the water valve bracket mangled, the protective cage held on by one screw, and loose electrical wires. We were able to repair the water valve bracket, secure the electrical, connect the water line, and mount the protective cage. We reinstalled the refrigerator and tested the ice maker to confirm proper operation.

This customers main slide assembly had broken internally.

The manufacturer had also changed the design, discontinued the original assembly, and did not offer any replacement parts. The manufacturer did, however, offer an upgraded redesigned schwintech slide rack assembly made to order.

We removed the original rack assembly and installed the replacement assembly. We sealed everything in place, recalibrated the motors, and confirmed proper operation.

This customer wanted to replace their gas/electric camper refrigerator with a residential refrigerator.

Replacing with a residential is sometimes beneficial and will depend on each individuals needs or usage of the refrigerator. Having a generator or inverter is helpful, especially when traveling down the road and still running the refrigerator.

This customer's slide room bottom corner trim was found on the ground after water got behind it, causing the screws to strip out.

We cleaned the area and prepared the corner for reinstallation of the corner rails. We installed new screws and siliconed everything to prevent future concerns!
