Jackson Built Racing Asphalt Race team based in the tresure valley of Idaho, Competing in multiple divisions at Nascar sa without even knowing if they are going to like it.

Jackson Built Racing came about through my father and I wanting to provide an avenue for people to get into the racing industry without having to spend the upfront costs of purchasing a car, shop, all the tools to work on it, have the knowledge or pay someone to help you work on the cars ect. We ofcourse think once someone tries it, they will love it and want to be involved to whatever level they

are able. When I got into racing, I didnt have any help, I learned alot by trial and error and eventually worked my way into a position were I compete for wins and championships regularly. Jackson Built Racing wants to make that process smoother for people coming into racing. With those things in mind, we offer turn key competitive race cars for rent or lease so people can come drive a racecar just for fun and to say they did, try out racing before jumping in, compete without the investment for space, tools and knowledge, have a hassle free driving experience, try a new division before moving up, or participate in one of our driver development programs were we can take young/inexperienced drivers and move them up through the classes at a pace that keeps them progressing but dosnt put them in over their head. Whatever your goals in racing, there is a good chance we have an option to help you get there.

Jacobi Pavlacky in his season opener main event. On board the #22 Ray's Diesel & Automotive Repair Junior Stinger. Over a second a lap faster than his earlier heat race! He is improving each time out which is what we are looking for. Car is in one piece and we are looking forward to his future progress.

The 2026 season has started and there have been alot of changes over here. We have added 2 new drivers to the Ray's Diesel & Automotive Repair racing family. Travis Pavlacky will be competing in the full ministock series, a few pro 4 races and if things work out maybe even some select modified races.
His son, 12yr old Jacobi is also joining the team. Looking forward to progressing his racing career in the junior stingers where he will compete against kids up to 16yrs old.
Josh Jackson has relocated to NC where he is preparing to compete in latemodel competition near the home of nascar and possibly some select racing in idaho when travel allows.

We have already run a few races and updates will be coming soon but look forward to seeing Ray's Diesel and Jackson Built Racing in victory lane this year....travis has already snagged one in his ministock truck 🏁

With pops out of town drag racing again i decided to run old reliable instead of the troyer. First time in the car since the steering failure put it in the wall. Something isn't right with the car but with some luck and alot of adjustments to mask the problem i was able to get out front and stay there 🏁
