Your duties would include answering the phones, getting calls routed to the appropriate personnel and greeting customers. You would be handling Quick Books entries, inventory control, cashiering, maintaining files and anything that helps the team out.

MUST be a decent typist, have a solid understanding of computer use and navigation. A good familiarity in the Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word and Excel are sought. If you have fundamental office skills, we are happy to train the rest. A smart phone is now required for everyday professional life; it is assumed you come with one.

Trailer Wholesale NW operates Tuesday – Friday (9 AM – 5:30 PM) and Saturday (9 AM – 4 PM). Some holidays are observed with paid time off. Medical insurance, 401K and more benefits are available. Flexible hours are available and there is room to grow. We have competitive pay commensurate with your knowledge and skills.

We are seeking a person that is high energy, very motivated, and well spoken. Trailer knowledge is a plus but not required. Sales experience would be nice but isn’t necessary. Your natural ability to speak well, learn a product line and interact with customers will lead to your success. We will provide you the necessary knowledge to succeed in sales.

Whether you are a seasoned salesperson ready for management or just starting out, we want to talk to you.

We are seeking a self-motivated, multi-task capable, driven lot/shop person. Trailer knowledge is a perk but not required. Basic experience and comfort with tools is a must. Our growing shop offers a lot of opportunity to learn new skills or polish your existing talents.

A typical day includes using a forklift to unload trailers from semi-trucks; using a tractor to pull trailers from inventory to hook up to customers vehicles; putting trailers together; minor trailer repair and troubleshooting. There might be parts runs, trailers to pressure wash and trips to the dump.

Give us a call if you have no experience or give us call if you're ready to manage a shop. Either way we're ready to talk about opportunities.
