Had a 2008 Ram 2500 come in with intermittent starting issues, intermittent charging issues and communication issues.
Performed a series of basic checks and ran across this Gem of a repair someone tried. It is the ground wire from the PCM to the Battery. We repaired it properly and added some good heat shrink to make it water resistant. Cleared codes and no more issues.
