🚗🔧 WEEKEND AUTO REPAIR APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE! 🔧🚗

We’ve recently received multiple inquiries from customers needing vehicle repairs or inspections on the weekends because their work schedules make it difficult to visit a repair shop during normal business hours.

At Williams Repair & Roadside LLC, we understand that not everyone works a traditional Monday through Friday schedule, and taking time off work to get your vehicle looked at isn’t always an option.

That’s why we want to remind our customers that although our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, we can accommodate weekend appointments upon request and based on availability!

🔧 Our Current Service Rates:

* Regular labor: $95 per hour
* Weekend & after-hours labor: $110 per hour
* Diagnostic fee: $125

We want our customers to understand that offering weekend appointments means our team is giving up personal and family time outside of our regular business hours to accommodate your scheduling needs. The slightly higher weekend labor rate helps account for that additional commitment while allowing us to offer flexible scheduling.

Whether you’re experiencing an unusual noise, vibration, mechanical issue, or simply need maintenance performed, we’re happy to work with your schedule whenever possible.

✅ Weekend services are by appointment only.

✅ Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

✅ Limited weekend appointments are available, and scheduling is subject to availability.

✅ Weekend and after-hours labor rates apply to appointments outside our regular business hours.

Our regular weekday business hours and rates remain unchanged.

🌧️ Rainy Weather & Amazon Deliveries! 📦

With Oregon’s rainy season upon us, we want to ask our Amazon delivery customers for a little help keeping packages dry!

While we will be using clear garbage bags to help protect packages from the rain, the cost of these bags can add up quickly. Purchasing 500–1,000 clear, unscented, 13-gallon garbage bags can cost anywhere from $52 to $110.

We’re currently averaging 100+ packages per day. Of course, not every delivery location will require a garbage bag, especially those with covered porches or other areas protected from the weather. However, with the number of packages we deliver, these expenses can still add up.

We have absolutely no issue purchasing garbage bags to help protect your deliveries, but a little help from our customers can make a big difference.

📦 Here’s how you can help!

If you’re expecting an Amazon package and don’t have a covered porch or another area protected from the rain, we encourage you to consider purchasing an inexpensive waterproof storage bin, tote, or delivery box.

You don’t need anything expensive! Stores such as Walmart and Amazon offer affordable storage totes that can help keep packages dry.

🔒 Concerned about package theft?

There are several ways you can secure your delivery container:

✅ Bolt the container to concrete or another secure surface.

✅ Secure it to a fence or other sturdy structure using a chain or cable.

✅ Use a padlock to help prevent unauthorized access.

✅ Consider using a combination lock rather than a traditional keyed padlock.

If you choose to use a combination lock, you can include the combination in your Amazon delivery instructions so your delivery driver can access the container when dropping off your packages.

These instructions are not displayed publicly and are intended for delivery personnel handling your deliveries. However, we recommend using a separate combination specifically for your package container rather than sharing a code used for your home or other personal property.

📦 Why are we asking?

Our goal isn’t to shift the responsibility of protecting packages onto customers. We will continue doing our part to protect deliveries from the weather.

However, having a designated, weatherproof location for your packages helps us protect your orders, reduces unnecessary waste from disposable garbage bags, and can provide additional protection against package theft.

📦 AMAZON HUB DELIVERY UPDATE – OCTOBER 9, 2026 📦

🚚 Attention Myrtle Creek Amazon Customers!

We wanted to provide everyone with an update regarding today’s Amazon deliveries.

Our Amazon Hub shipment is currently expected to arrive between 12:25 PM and 2:25 PM today, and we are expecting over 150 packages to be delivered throughout our service area.

📦 Prime Big Deal Days – October 6–7

Due to Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days event held October 6–7, we are experiencing a significant increase in package volume. We anticipate continued higher-than-normal package volumes through October 17, 2026.

⏰ Delivery Priorities

Due to the later arrival window and the large number of packages, we will be prioritizing business deliveries first to ensure packages reach businesses before their closing times.

Once business deliveries are completed, we will continue delivering residential packages as quickly and efficiently as possible.

❤️ We Ask for Your Patience and Understanding

With more than 150 packages expected today, deliveries may take longer than usual, and some customers may receive their packages later in the evening.

Please understand that our team is working hard to get everyone’s packages delivered safely and as quickly as possible.

📦 Amazon Delivery Update – Myrtle Creek

We just received a call from Amazon letting us know that our Hub delivery will be arriving later than normal today.

Amazon is currently estimating that the packages will arrive to us around 2:00–2:30 PM.

Because of the late arrival, our deliveries throughout the Myrtle Creek area will also be running later than usual today. Once the packages arrive, we’ll get everything sorted, loaded, and out for delivery as quickly as possible.

💜 DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH 💜

This October, Williams Repair & Roadside LLC and Cozy Cravings LLC are coming together to support Peace at Home Advocacy Center in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

We reached out directly to Peace at Home to ask what our businesses and our community could do to help. Their Emergency Shelter Program is currently in need of:

💜 King & queen-size comforters
💜 Personal hygiene products & toiletries
💜 Deodorant
💜 New socks for children, women & men
💜 New underwear for children, women & men
💜 Pajamas for children, women & men

📍 WE ARE A DONATION COLLECTION SITE

Throughout October, Williams Repair & Roadside LLC will serve as a collection site for donations benefiting Peace at Home Advocacy Center.

You do NOT have to be a customer to donate. Anyone in the community is welcome to participate.

💵 Monetary donations: We ask that all cash donations be placed inside an envelope and sealed before being given to us.

💜 Item donations: Clothing, comforters, hygiene products, toiletries, and other items from Peace at Home’s requested list must be new and unused.

You can donate while we’re out in the community, too!

We normally have three vehicles making deliveries:

🔴 Red Ford F-150 — Marked with Williams Repair & Roadside LLC information on the windows as well as delivery-driver magnets.

🔵 Blue Chevy Trax — Marked as a delivery vehicle.

⚪ Gray Ford F-150 — Used for deliveries on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays.

If you see one of our vehicles safely parked while making a delivery, you’re welcome to hand your donation directly to us. You do not need to be receiving a package from us to participate.

For everyone’s safety, please don’t attempt to stop or approach one of our vehicles while it is moving.

💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

Throughout October, Williams Repair & Roadside LLC wants to use our business to help support victims and survivors of domestic violence right here in Douglas County.

We have reached out to a local domestic violence advocacy organization and are currently working with them to determine the best ways we can help.

💜 A portion of proceeds from repairs completed during October will be donated to support local domestic violence services.

We are also working on setting up a donation drive at our shop. Once we confirm what items are most needed, customers will be able to bring in qualifying new, unopened items—such as socks, underwear, personal-care products, and other necessities—and receive a discount on their repair as our way of saying thank you for helping.

Please hold off on bringing donations until we post the confirmed list of items that can be accepted.

Every contribution matters. Whether you’re having your vehicle repaired, donating needed supplies, or simply sharing this post, you’re helping us support people in our own community. 💜

October is a month of awareness, strength, remembrance, and support. 💗💜

Williams Repair & Roadside LLC proudly recognizes both Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

We stand with those currently fighting breast cancer, honor the survivors, and remember those we have lost. We also stand with survivors of domestic violence and those working toward safety, healing, and a new beginning.

This month, we encourage everyone to show compassion, check on the people you love, support survivors, and remember that sometimes the strongest thing someone can do is ask for help.

📦 Amazon Hub Delivery Update – September 28

We wanted to give our community a quick update regarding today’s Amazon Hub deliveries.

Our Hub delivery normally arrives between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, there appears to be a delay today, and our current estimated arrival window has been pushed back to 3:46 PM–4:16 PM.

We understand that several businesses we serve close at 4:00 PM, and we apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

Once our packages arrive, we plan to have two vehicles out delivering simultaneously to help get everyone’s packages delivered in a timely manner. If our additional driver is available, we will have three vehicles out delivering to get the route completed as quickly as possible.

At this time, this is all the information we have regarding the delay. If our Hub delivery arrives earlier than the current estimate, we will definitely post an update.
