With the looming forecast for tomorrow, we are going to try and get the race in earlier to beat the weather. The speedway wants to be sure to get in the finale race event at the historic half mile.

Pit Gates will open afternoon 8 am. There will be an open practice from 9 am til 11 am and this time will also be utilized to mount and work race tires for all divisions. Drivers meeting will be at 11:30 am. Each division will have a 15 min class practice beginning at 12 pm.

Grandstand Gates will open at 2 pm as this will also be the start time for Qualifying. First green flag is set for 4:15 pm.

For a full detailed schedule, please view the comments. In the case that tomorrow is a rain out, the rain date will be the following day, on Sunday.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the track tomorrow for the grand finale of racing at Myrtle Beach Speedway.

With yesterday’s rainout, Myrtle Beach Speedway will be racing today, Sunday August 2nd.

Pit Gates will open at 8 am with practice slated for 9 am. Grandstands and Qualifying set for 10:15 am with main events roughly around 12 pm.

** EVENT UPDATE **

Tonight's events for the MB Nationals Summer Heatwave has been cancelled due to the threatening weather and local flooding. The event will still go as scheduled for the rest of the weekend, starting back tomorrow morning at 8:00 am. Saturday's schedule will be extended an extra couple of hours to get in all the scheduled events and will end at 8:00 pm.

For those wishing to pick up their preregistered tickets, the Speedway office will remain open this evening through 9 pm for check in.
