Come help us celebrate young readers this weekend! 📖

Everyone is welcome at Chapin Memorial Library's annual ReadFEST celebration. The event is from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., this Saturday, July 26, at Futrell Park, 1073 Futrell Drive. ReadFEST is a free event in celebration of the summer reading participants hitting their milestones throughout the program. Families will enjoy food, games, vendors, kids’ music, a mobile gaming truck and a foam party. Bring a swimsuit for fun on the splash pad!

Although the event is free, some food stations and vendors may require payment, so bring your wallet. Come help us celebrate our readers' hard work this summer with an end-of-program celebration! There is family at Pecan Point the lot by the entrance to the Park selling Fresh Peaches. I just tried one and they are delicious. Stop by and get some.
