🔧 **NOT EVERY JOB GOES AS PLANNED AT FBK OFF-ROAD INC.!** 🔧

We got this **Dodge Ram 1500** in for a new **Rough Country Soft Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover** installation.

After getting the cover installed, we noticed something wasn't quite right. The cover wasn't sitting flat against the bed rails like it should.

Upon further inspection, we discovered that the truck's bed rails were warped upward pretty significantly. The customer explained that a previous tonneau cover had actually ripped off the truck, which may have contributed to the damage.

Unfortunately, with the bed rails being out of shape, there was no way for the new cover to sit and seal properly.

We completely understand the customer's frustration. Nobody wants to spend money on an upgrade and not get the results they were expecting.

**But here's the thing about running a business: Not every job has a picture-perfect ending.**

We specialize in suspension, wheels, tires, accessories, and installations. We don't do bodywork, and as much as we'd love to, we can't perform miracles when there's existing damage that prevents a product from fitting correctly.

Rather than leave the customer with a product that wasn't fitting the way it should, **we removed the tonneau cover and refunded his money.**

Was it the outcome either of us wanted? Absolutely not.

But sometimes doing the right thing means admitting that a job just isn't going to work out as planned.

We apologize that we couldn't deliver the finished product the customer was hoping for. We take pride in our work, but we also have to recognize the limitations of what we can safely and properly install.

**At FBK Off-Road Inc., we'd rather be upfront with our customers than send something out the door that we know isn't right.**

🔧🔥 TRAIL FIXES IN ARIZONA! 🔥🔧

When you're out on the trails, sometimes you have to break out the tools and get a little creative! 💪

While making our way up the back way to Crown King, Arizona, during the Kenda Light Truck Boot Camp, this Jeep Gladiator needed a little trail-side welding to keep the adventure going! 🛠️🏜️

That's just part of the off-road lifestyle! Things happen, parts break, and sometimes you have to make repairs right there on the trail. That's what makes having the right people, tools, and experience around so important!

Nothing like a little trail-side fabrication to add to the memories! 😎

We got this GMC Sierra 2500HD in the shop for a little maintenance to keep everything rolling down the road like it should! 💪🔥

Our team installed a brand-new set of TPMS sensors in the tires to get the tire pressure monitoring system back in working order. We also finished things up with a fresh, full alignment on our in-house Hunter alignment machine! 🎯
