We have three sizes available. 14' X 40', 14'X50' and 16X46' all three sizes have electric overhead doors. Each unit has it's own garage door opener. They are all concreted with electric. catine. We are family owned and are main office is located on the same 17 acre property. We offer monthly rental OR if you sign a 1 year contract and pay in full, we will give you a discount. We also have space for outdoor parking and have plans in the near future to put up a security fence for the outdoor storage area. 📢 IMPORTANT STORAGE CUSTOMER NOTICE 📢

We want to give all of our storage customers a heads-up that, unfortunately, rental rates are increasing effective September 1, 2026.

We have done our best to keep our prices as low as possible, but our insurance costs have increased by 10%, and our property taxes are projected to increase as well. With these rising expenses, we have reached the point where an adjustment is necessary.

We are still proud to offer some of the lowest storage rates in the area, and we truly appreciate your continued business and understanding. ❤️

Our new monthly rates, including tax, are:

🔹 14' x 40' — $294.25/month
🔹 14' x 50' — $321.00/month
🔹 16' x 46' — $321.00/month
🔹 28' x 50' — $642.00/month
🔹 42' x 40' — $963.00/month
