This is what happens to your rotors when you ignore the squeakers on your brake pads as well as the grinding sound of metal to metal as your brakes are no longer have padding left. Here's a lesson on Lower ball joint on a vehicle. If you look at the old one in the video you'll see that it's torn and it's allowing in dirt and grit in causing play in the tire which makes it less stable and it causes a lot of grinding sounds when you're driving.
