The Shop, as of Dec 1st 2013 has moved south to a new location at 11810 Hwy 17 By- Pass South Unit 6 in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, formaly located on RT.44 in Winsted, CT. Gangster, a third generation Harley Davidson mechanic in the motorcycle business for over fifty years. His Grandfather, Frank Bruno became a dealer for Harley Davidson in 1911, he owned and opperated Frank Bruno motorcycles and bicycles at 661 Main Street New Rochelle, N.Y.for over fifty years.

Here we go again...let's see last week the temp was all over the place...from the fortys to the single digits...now this week yesterday we're in da high thirtys n' tomorow there talkin two feet of snow and by next week we're back in the fortys...WTF...make up my mind will ya...at least The Shop's got a couple of jobs in house n' da fu**ed up weather gives us time to get the new motor n' trans clean room inspected n' ready to rock n' roll before the real ridin season starts n' were flat out...so I guess thatz a good thang...by the weekend I'll be postin a couple of scoots we have up for sale...like an 05' Road King loaded...an 06' Softail Deluxe n' a 02' 1200 Sporty Custom...so if your lookin I'll be putin them here n' on craigs n' ebay...oh yeah n' don't forget to keep an eye peeled for our spring specials on early bird services, close out on parts n' mark downs on in house stock...well sportz fanz datz all da news datz fit to print...so like we always say...keep the dirty side down and RIDE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT...

Ok Peeps...we'll try to make this as clear as possible...The page has been updated, thanx for the heads up...The Shop as a daily business is closed due to personal health issues as I'm on top of everything else now fighting prostate cancer. I still have a work area and when I'm able do a small job every now and then. I will leave The Shop page up to post any projects and to keep in touch with our many customers over the years. Here's a couple of pic of a Springer I did for a close Brother who will be picking up his bike next week and I'm sure he won't be disappointed...

The Shop sets the record straight...
Well sports fans I guess it's time to tell it like it is and set the record straight...Here's the deal...The Shop has been officially closed for well over a year now due to both financial and personal medical circumstances...Before going into the hospital for several operations...like one after another n' in case ya don't know that really sucks...and havin the bills pile up while you're down is a spot I wouldn't wish on anybody...After being in the business all of my life and just having moved the shop down here to South Carolina less than two years before it was a real bitter pill to swallow having to liquidate most of inventory and a lot of my personal shop tools just to pay the bills and keep my head above water...fast forward to the present...I'm still dealing with some medical issues but I'm in a whole lot better shape than I was a year ago...Soooooooo I have a little private shop set up and still have all my connects for parts, paint n' whatever...and not being able to keep my hands idle n' havin the need to keep'em on a diet of oil...grease n' gasoline I'm just puttin the word out if ya need me...n' ya know me...give me a shout (phone's still the same number) n' we'll work it out...Keith...a.k.a. gangster...The Shop...Oh yeah I almost forgot...Keep the Dirty Side Down...n' Ride it Like Ya Stole It...

I'm sure by now everybody who knows me has been wondering what the f**k happened...The Shop's location in Murrells Inlet has been closed for almost four months, with no word on what, where or when it will be open again...Well here's the deal, I was offered an opportunity to move into another location in a private four bay garage along with a good friend and brother. As I'm sure everybody knows, I'm a bike guy that does fab work on older cars and hot rods...well my good friend is a car guy for many years and does some work on bikes too. With a private personal shop the overhead is very low and the one on one service is something that anybody and everybody is always looking for, not to mention a labor rate that's around half of everybody else. So the shop is now a private entity and will only accept work by appoiment only. So if there's anything you need, parts, service, performance work or whatever. Give me a call at 843-655-2121

Well sportz fans...the season's in full swing n' I've been doing some shows on the weekends...me with my partz n' Rob with the event tee's. This weekend commin we'll be at American Biker in Charleston if the weather holds n' we don't get rained out...Either way bike week's just around the corner n' with each passin day more n' more bikes n' bikers are headin our way...by now you all know I closed the shop in Murrells Inlet...but that's not to say I've stopped workin on bikes...no now its by appointment only...so weather your a local just lookin to save a couple of bucks n' still get quality work done on your scoot...or your in town to enjoy the festivites n' all the great ridin n' need a quick fix give me a shout at The Shop's same number (843)-655-2121 n' I'll get ya back in da wind n' killin bugs in no time...

2000 Heritage Softail For Sale
We are relisting this bike for sale due to nonpayment. This bike was listed for sale here about six weeks ago and all arrangements were made at no expense to the buyer to have him pick up the bike here in the Myrtle Beach area. After to many excuses and way to many empty promises we are forced to relist the bike. Up for sale is a beautiful custom built Heritage Softail. This bike comes with a 2000 Western Softail frame, a 1998 Harley Davidson 1340 Evo motor with a complete rebuilt top end including Screamin Eagle Heads, Andrews Cam, new jugs, pistons, rings, valves, complete top end gasket set, a completely rebuilt 34 MM Mikuni Carb, Vance & Hines two into one exhaust, a 1998 Harley Davidson five speed trans that shifts like butter. The bike has all 1996 Harley Davidson Sheet Metal, the only part not HD is the replacement Western Softail Frame. The Bike has under 1000 miles since being completely gone through and runs out perfect with no issues. The bike is located in Winsted, Ct. and is for sale locally but can be picked up in the Myrtle Beach area at no extra charge. Due to health issues (back surgery) the owner can no longer ride. The asking price is 6,000.00 and is worth a whole lot more…Great riding and looking Softail at a Great Price…Winter’s over peeps…let’s get ready to ride…

Ok peeps, sorry we haven't been keeping you up to date on what we've been up to here at The Shop...but it was a little touch and go for awhile...after bike week things got really slow...the heat kinda keeps everybody off their scoots during the day...and because were the new kids on da block and still building our rep here in SC...well we just didn't know if we were gonna make the bills and be able to keep da doors open...fast foward a couple of weeks and were still here and don't have any plains on closing in da near future...one of my long time friends and brother Denmark Mike got a hold of me and he's back up n' doing his thing across da pond...n' dat means we'll be doing a little business back n' forth...OH YEAH...sooo from now on we'll keep ya posted and here's a little post I found on craigs this mornin from another happy customer here...Thanx Eric...we do appreciate your Biz and your post...THE SHOP!!!!

FINALLY!!!!! Murrells Inlet FINALLY gets a bike repair shop that has an awesome crew and reasonable prices. Not to mention they get the work done in a timely and professional fashion. I have an 05 Ironhorse that needed a little work and I brought it to Keith (owner). Nicest guy in the world and had my bike back to me in just a couple of short hours. THE SHOP is the ONLY place I'll take my bike. Check them out.....YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
