Hey everyone! It’s been a bit since I’ve posted. Our life kind of got turned upside down for a little while with my son. Things still look different for me and my family but there is some good news. If you’re wanting or needing a detail, we can get you in on a limited schedule. At this time, I will not personally be doing the detailing myself, but Doug Pennell will be doing it. Hit one of us up if you’re interested!

Where do I even start..

As some of you may be aware, my 2 year old son was recently diagnosed with Leukemia after suffering from a pretty severe stroke. We have been moved to the children’s hospital in St Louis. But, unfortunately, we may be here for several months. I will not only be out of work for the foreseeable future, but I will also be putting all detailing work to the side indefinitely to focus on my family. I will get back to it, but I do not know when.

In the interim, please say a prayer for my sweet, sweet baby boy. He needs all of the prayers that he can get.

I would like to start off by just simply thanking all of you that have trusted in us to detail your vehicle.. whether that was just an interior and exterior detail or a full blown paint correction and ceramic coating. THANK YOU! We really do have the best customers.

With that being said, there have to be some changes made going forward. What started out as just a side hustle has turned into so much more work than I could have ever expected, and now it is like I work two full-time jobs. I am starting to miss out on time with my family and as most of you could understand, I am not going to let that happen.

For starters.. Life happens.. I would ask any current or future customer to please try to plan for me to have your vehicle into the next day for the off chance that I have to tend to my family.. now, hear me out.. this would be VERY rare for me to have your vehicle more than a regular 8 hour day. 99% of the time I will have your vehicle detailed before you get off of work. But I am referring to times that I would have to leave the detail shop to take care of my son or my wife. I cannot in good faith put cleaning a car over my family and I think most of you would understand that. I’m just asking that you please plan for or make arrangements for the (very rare chance) that I am not able to get your vehicle back to you that same day.

Lastly.. I will no longer give you a price or estimate on a vehicle without seeing it in person. I will give you a START price on your specific vehicle and the price will go up from there depending on the condition. If you want to send me pictures of it, I can give you a better estimate, but nothing will be set in stone until I get the vehicle in front of me to see what I’m working with.

I hope that you all understand and will continue to choose us for your detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating needs!

These purple tracers you see show iron contaminants that are embedded in the clear coat, mostly from brake dust and particles. Definitely more visible on white!

The iron removal step is very important in a ceramic coating installation. You can’t see the iron particles with the naked eye. This truck only has roughly 5,000 miles on it!
