Hard top glass came out with some ass puckering 😆. It's thin glass and probably hard to find so no breaky breaky. Body mount repairs, metal patching, rust sealing bumper before it can't be reached after the new panels go on. Lots of measuring and fitting ahead with the quarters and roof!

2 month wait for these really nice Toyota quarter/wheelwell combo panels. I think they were on a solar powered sailboat across the ocean. Totally worth the wait though. Rockin and rollin on the FJ40 again. Cutting, fitting and making a huge mess.

You never know what kind of garbage work you'll find messing with hot rods. My favorite so far is glueing in a bumper bolt because it wasn't long enough 😂😂😂. I didn't think they even made exhaust flex pipe anymore.

The deconstruction/reconstruction continues. Pulling the roll bar exposed some more crusty spots hiding. We've got that covered. Parts are inbound. Front end getting some attention as well. Cutting out some rust, repairing some underbracing, started cutting some metal to fit. Rolling right along.

A lil Toyota rust removal on a fine Saturday. Good luck finding a reinforcement brace behind the rocker, we just make one instead. Half way thru welding got a whiff of gas....yup, tank decided it was a perfect time to start leaking. Interior was coming out anyways. Carry on kids 😆
