We want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who sent money to our mother and our family during this incredibly difficult time. ❤️

The kindness, love, and generosity shown to our family has meant more than we could ever put into words. We have talked about how we could honor that generosity in a meaningful way, and we feel strongly that it should be used to give back to the community that has supported our family.

With that in mind, the money that was sent to our mother and our family will be used toward replacing the flooring at the Senior Center. ❤️

This is something that we feel is a beautiful way to turn the kindness shown to us into something that will benefit others for years to come.

We are incredibly grateful to each and every person who thought of our family, reached out, donated, prayed, or simply offered a kind word. Your generosity has touched all of us deeply.

🚨 PLEASE REMEMBER THE MOVE OVER LAW — IT COULD SAVE A LIFE. 🚨

When you see emergency lights on the side of the road, slow down and move over if you can safely do so. This applies to law enforcement, ambulances, fire departments, tow truck operators, highway workers, and anyone else working along the roadway.

These men and women are often just inches away from traffic that is moving 60, 70, or even 80 miles per hour. One distracted driver, one moment of inattention, or one vehicle that doesn’t move over can change a family’s life forever.

Move over. Slow down. Pay attention. Give them room.

They aren’t standing on the side of the road because it’s convenient—they’re there because they’re doing a job, helping someone, or trying to keep the rest of us safe.

❤️ Please don’t make them pay the ultimate price for simply doing their job.

Move over. Slow down. Save a life.

MOVE OVER! We are extremely thankful that our Trooper wasn't seriously injured when his cruiser was hit last night on I-80 near North Platte.

He was parked, with emergency lights on, moving traffic over to protect tow truck operators while they cleaned up a previous crash.

We will be celebrating the life of our beloved LeRoy “Bud” Gross, on September 12th from 2:00–4:00 PM at the Murdo Senior Citizen Building. Bud was first and foremost a loving father, then a true friend to so many, and a devoted husband. He touched countless lives through his kindness, hard work, and willingness to always lend a helping hand. We invite everyone who knew and loved Bud to come together with us, share memories, stories, laughter, and tears as we honor and celebrate the life of a truly special man, a loving husband, father, and friend. ❤️

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of the owner of All Pro Towing.

He wasn’t just the owner of a towing company—he was someone who genuinely cared about people. Whether you were stranded on the side of the road, involved in an accident, or simply having one of the worst days of your life, he was always ready to help. He loved serving others and took great pride in being there when people needed him most. To him, towing wasn’t just a job—it was a way to make a difference.

Through his hard work, compassion, and dedication, he built All Pro Towing into more than a business. He built a reputation for showing up, lending a hand, and treating people with kindness and respect.

Our hearts are with his family, friends, employees, and everyone whose life he touched. We ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time and thank our community for your continued support, kindness, and understanding.

His legacy of service, generosity, and compassion will continue to live on every time someone from All Pro Towing answers a call for help.

Rest in peace. You will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and never forgotten.

Due to the impending winter weather, SD511 has announced the closure of 129 & 190.
I-29 will be closing from Watertown to the North Dakota border at 9pm. The stretch between Brookings to Watertown will be closing at 10:30pm. The stretch between Brookings to Sioux Falls will be closing at midnight.
I-90 will be closing STATEWIDE (Wall to Sioux Falls) at midnight.
