I was recently contacted by a customer wanting to know if we were still in business! I didn't understand why he was asking, I chucked it off as a spam message. Well this morning we found out our Main number 270-524-2886 was not connecting to our system. It was coming up as " please check the number and try again" Well anyway, contacted SCRTC and they responded immediately. So now the problem is solved.
