Katie came to get out of her little car that hated because she was too tall. She told me she needed heated seats and a backup camera. Pulled around this nice Equinox and she fell in love!!! While I was sending her off she started crying (while saying I’m not crying) lol because she couldn’t believe she got her such a nice new ride! Tom and Marsha stopped by to trade in their 01 Buick Lesabre that they bought brand new from here! Someone hit them, and insurance called it a total loss! One of our service writers introduced me to Jeanne who was here getting some maintenance done, and would like to look at some cars while she waits. We narrowed down what she wanted size wise, and she asked if we had anything red(that’s her color) , and I said I got something for you fresh off the truck! This was our first Envision in the Brilliant Red, and as you can tell she liked it!! We even took care of her small service bill!
