As some of you may know, our caretaker, Dennis, will not be returning for this summer in the park. Operations of the campground and store are going to be overseen by the Oconto County Forest, Parks, and Recreation Department. Feel free to reach out to us with any requests of anything you would like to see within the park and campground!

The first portion of Chute Pond's new foot bridge is in place. The approach will be constructed in the spring, so, look, but please stay at a safe distance. Current conditions are very slippery.🚷

The first picture is from June 16th, 3 nice rainbows; and the second picture is from June 17th, 2 rainbows, - both from fishing on the North Branch of the Oconto River. Lots of smaller brook trout taken and released, as well. Fishing with black and yellow spinners. The cold waters below the dam will attract trout all summer.
