Due to heat and our employees safety we are closing for the day!

Due to the heat advisory we will be closed the rest of the day. Also, our hours will change day to day depending on heat. Our employees are important to us and will come first with extreme temperatures. Please message or call 417-247-9939 for any questions. We will continue working one everyone's vehicles as much as possible.

Some new policies going into affect in August. This is a long post so please be patient.

1. We are not able to deliver vehicles back to you unless already approved and are local. These will have to be completed after hours.

2. There is a tow charge this depends on location. These will also occur after hours unless specified differently. In case of road side assistance we will send out a tech immediately.

3. Estimates/pricing. Are estimates, these are subject to change depending on addition problems that occur. Therefore, when asking for an estimate, please be aware that it can change. We strive very hard to keep it as close as possible. We charge a flat rate of 70 an hour labor starting in August this is still below the US average!! Average in U.S is 80 to 130/hr. We will also remind people of changes.

4. Parts!! We work very hard to make sure every customer gets good prices on parts, therefore we use multiple resources for this and this takes time. Please, be patient with this process! We know money is tight for a lot of people so we try our best to get a good price. Some parts require shipping so also be aware of time delay.

5. Hours! We are open Monday thru friday 8 to 5. We are closed on major holidays and on weekends. Starting in August we will only be available during business hours as family is important. That being said if you have an emergency, an accident, or road side assistance we understand. If not leave a message or call during business hours.

6. Invoices! Invoices/bills are to be paid at vehicle pickup. This has always been a rule but it will be followed strictly. We do not offer payment plans. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. We do not accept Facebook pay. Also, when paying with a credit card there is a 3% charge fee. It is posted on the doors at the shop.

7. Safety! For everyone's safety, no visitors or customers are allowed in the shop bays unless escorted by a technician. Our bays are small and often have things handing at head level. So, for customer safety stay out side or in the office.

We can know flash ecm. Bcm. Tcms at shop know not sure if anything over stock but can do stock flashes know. So any new tranmissions. Engine control modules. Or body control modules need installed no long have to haul to dealer or have anyone else flash new parts
