Tri-County Trash Service POLICES: ALL customers are RESPONSIBLE for knowing this information:
Payments of any type will no longer be accepted by drivers. This includes ripped bags.

They must be mailed and received by the 1st of the month to avoid being placed on skip. We have a 2 month billing cycle, but you are able to pay more. Payment Methods: check, money order, automatic payments, over the phone debit or credit card (fee for cards).

1. All trash must be bagged in 33 gallon bags or smaller. Bags must be tied, and cannot be ripped out.
2. Heavy bags or larger than 33 gallon will be $2 per bag, and must be paid before or at time of pickup.
3. 5 bag per week limit. Additional bags are $2 per bag, and must be paid before or at pickup.
4. Trash must be placed out by 6 am on your pickup day. If not out when we run it will not be picked up until your next scheduled pickup day.
5. Payment must be received by your first scheduled pickup, or your trash account will be placed on skip status unless other arrangements have been made.
6. If due to transfer station being closed (such as Holidays), weather, road closure, etc all of your trash will be picked up your next scheduled pickup date with your limit accommodating the week affected (example: allowed 10 bags instead of 5). You will still be billed the same amount for the month because we will still have picked up all the weeks trash.
7. Your bill is monthly, and not weekly. If you are out of town, do not have trash one week, etc the bill is still your monthly amount.
8. We do not charge a deposit for our trash cans like other trash companies, so any of our trash cans, that you have, that are damaged, lost, stolen, etc will be at your cost and the amount due to our company will be $150.
9. It is your responsibility to keep your trash cans clean, and in good condition.
10. All items besides regular household trash must be approved for pickup, and paid before items will be taken.
11. If a customer cancels service without a 30 day notice any fees that have been received will not be refunded.
12. Trash must be pulled out to the curb, end of driveway, or otherwise agreed upon area. NON ACCEPTABLE ITEMS: (Per Landfill)
Tires, Paints, Chemicals, Large Amounts of Litter, Feces, Organic Materials (leaves, small branches, yard waste, etc). If you have a question about an item please call 417-926-1958 for approval.
