🌟 Employee Spotlight: Mikayla Huskey

You may already know Mikayla as one of the friendly faces helping customers at Landers, but she recently stepped into a new role! 👏

Mikayla has been promoted to Customer Service Specialist and is now leading our CSR team. In her new role, she’ll continue helping customers throughout the repair process while also working with and supporting our customer service team across Landers.

Mikayla says one of her favorite parts of the job is seeing how happy customers are when they get their repaired vehicle back. She also loves that there’s always something new to learn in the automotive world.

After nearly three years with Landers, Mikayla says what she appreciates most is the people: “We are a family. We work well together, we make a great team, and we are always there for each other.” 💚

If you walk into any Landers Towing and Collision shop, you're bound to see at least one vehicle that looks something like this. But why??

Proper prep and masking are key to a clean, professional finish. Carefully sanding the repair area creates the right surface for coatings to adhere, while masking protects surrounding panels, glass, trim, and other areas from overspray and unnecessary sanding.

It may not be the flashiest part of the repair, but good prep makes all the difference in the finished product. 👌

It’s a Friday employee spotlight!👋 Meet Sheila!

Sheila has been with Landers for four years, but she’s no stranger to the world of collision repair. She’s been working in the industry for nine years and if there is one thing about her role it’s that no two days look quite the same.

On any given day, Sheila might be working on employee files and OEM certifications, visiting insurance offices, attending Chamber or BNI events, or helping another member of the Landers team wherever she’s needed.

For Sheila, the best part of the job is simple: building relationships with our employees, customers, and community. 💚
