Today we installed a new high pressure fuel pump to get rid of another misfire and a few different codes on this equinox.

We also replaced the rear drums and shoes on the red Nissan.

Then replaced both schrader valves in the red mustang and recharged the AC system in the red mustang to get his cold AC back!

Then we found the thermostat housing was leaking on the black f250 7.3 we replaced the housing and gasket on it and refilled it with coolant No more leaks 🙌

AC leaks gone ✅
Coolant leaks gone ✅
Shoes and drums changed ✅
Fuel flowing at high pressures ✅

Customer states: engine has a misfire. 🤦

Upon further examination we found the last mechanic changed the fuel pump. Instead of removing the quick disconnect in the tank for the main fuel line they removed the line off of the quick disconnect 🤦. Luckily we was able to trim the line back and push it on further and use a clamp tite clamp to stop the internal fuel leak! Then we found the fuel gauge was not reading correctly due to the previous mechanic wireing the new fuel pump connector wrong. We corrected both issue now
Misfire gone ✅
Fuel gauge working properly ✅

Today we finished-
Dodge charger-transmission replacement and driveshaft adapter replacement.

Chevy truck- was stuck in 4 wheel drive customer thought he had a bad switch or transfer case motor. We found that it only needed a transfer case relearn. Got it programmed and it's back to shifting as it should!

A few done this week.

Silverado- turbo removal to unstick the vgt veins. The unison ring was completely rusted to the turbo.

Durango- catalytic converter replacement.

Ford edge- water pump and complete timing replacement

Mustang- heater core and long tube header install

Chrysler Pacifica- complete head gasket replacement, heads surfaced by Accurate Automotive , new timing set and complete head gasket set and head bolts installed!

Finally got this VW wrapped up. It was a big project that took way to long to get done we had many many issues. But we never gave up. It cam in with a bad head it was burnt out around the injector hole. VW threw away his injectors, missing glow plugs, we got replacement injectors and some of those were bad. New glow plugs from VW, new battery new head, gaskets, head bolts, injectors, and a new metering valve. It finally is running great again!

This explorer we got finished up today. It sheared the crankshaft pin. And bent all the valves 😭 we pulled the heads and sent them to Accurate Automotive to get surfaced and all new valves installed. While the heads was there we drilled the crankshaft pin out and installed a new OEM pin and got the heads reinstalled and it's running great
