Today, we celebrate an incredible career and wish Mike a well-earned retirement from Black’s Towing!
After an amazing 50 years in the trucking industry, including the last 10 years specializing in towing, Mike is hanging up the keys and beginning a new chapter.
Throughout his career, Mike became known for his experience, dedication, and willingness to tackle the toughest recoveries. He always loved the challenge of a good rollover, and his most memorable recovery was a Chevy Colorado that ended up in high backwater and took plenty of skill, patience, and teamwork to bring back out.
When asked about his favorite vehicle he ever towed, the answer came easy—a beautiful 1954 Rolls-Royce, a recovery he’ll never forget.
Mike’s knowledge, work ethic, and calm approach to every job have made a lasting impact on everyone at Black’s Towing. While we’ll miss seeing him out on calls and sharing his years of experience, we’re grateful for everything he’s contributed to our team and the towing industry.
