This is not a mirror. It's not a selfie...

It is over 25 years experience with hands on learning. Never giving up and always staying open minded. Never letting my ego get the best of me, even through the struggle. Always willing to give an ear to my elders. Never, ever stop learning.

Last night after the fireworks 🎆 I was walking home. This aged man was barely moving down Hamilton on his electric wheel chair. I had a feeling the batt was not going to last to much longer. It was a torrential down pour and windy so I walked with him and refused to leave him hanging. The batt died so I started pushing him, literally a snails pace. Eventually a nice couple stopped to help. I was soaked and don't think my phone's water proof so B4 we loaded the scooter I put my phone in their rear cup holder. Well I totally forgot it in the vehicle. Been trying to find it since last nite and left a note on what I am pretty sure is there windshield. I did a very exhaustive search and talked to every neighbor I saw as well as knocked doors. Please share this for me, below is a find hub screen shot

A year ago I started losing weight. 30lbs total. With no medical industry answers. So I decided to take my health very seriously. This was my 2nd triple flush, my 4th flush altogether.

Last time I had the highest energy levels I have ever experienced for 2 weeks.

This flush has released twice the amount of stones. The gallbladder should hold 4 cups of bile. It can not when it is filled with stones. I also noticed after 2nd triple that I was seeing a lot less undigested food come out.

Also gained 5 lbs a week later for the 1st time in almost a year!
