Mt Gilead downtown Cruise-In will have space for cars at the fall festival tomorrow. Bring your cars and start parking between First . Presbyterian church and the stoplight by Curt’s Variety at 9:00 am. Street will be blocked off just for us!

Hey everyone, slightly long post warning lol:
First let me thank everyone who came out today; even with questionable weather we still had a decent turnout. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and hopefully July will give us better weather.
It was mentioned several times today that we didn’t have a Porta Potty and I apologize for that. Unfortunately the town will no longer provide them for events downtown that aren’t a town sponsored event. With that said I will be working on bathrooms inside Memory Lane this month so that I can provide two public restrooms within Memory Lane’s store by the next Cruise-In.
Lastly I encourage everyone to bring your chairs or just hang out on the benches we have throughout downtown but Please do not block business doorways or impede the sidewalks. We want everyone to be able to walk safely around town and have easy access to businesses.
