Past-n-Present Bike Worx opened for business in 1977 in McMechan, Wv. We had minimal parts in stock, we knew each customer by name, and what year and model motorcycle he rode. After four moves, we settled in our present location in 1995. With each move we grew our business. We offer parts for antique and new Harleys, plus powder coating, chroming, and dyno service-- as well as t-shirts, jackets, v

ests, chaps, and helmets. If we don't have a part in stock, we can usually have it within a few days. Although we no longer know every customer, and the year and model of their motorcycle, we consider each and every one of them friends.

Tom Reiser Sr, a legend in motorcycle racing, from Columbus Ohio passed away December 10th.

Tom’s impact on motorcycle racing covers over 4 decades including Drag Racing Sportsters, building and racing a V-8 drag bike and a champion professional hill climb racer. This was all while running his shop, Reiser Cycle Service, in Columbus Ohio. Tom excelled at every discipline he pursued; he leaves behind his son Tom “T-Man”, daughter-in-law Martha, and grandson Brandon to carry on his pursuit in racing and his legacy in the motorcycle industry.

1917 Harley-Davidson Messenger Pigeon Carrier - This machine was used in the movie "The Spirit of St. Louis" after its use in WWI. Subsequently, it was bought by Steve McQeen without the Pigeon Carrier attachement. Dale found the machine in 1984 and then in 2003, he found the pigeon carrier attachment. When they put them together, everything fit perfect, and there were actually parts from the exact motorcycle hidden inside the carrier wagon. Pictured here is the left and right side of the machine.
