Sterling Auto Body is seeking an experienced technician to join our high-volume collision repair team. As an owner-operated, independent shop, we prioritize quality repairs and work closely with our customers to ensure every vehicle is restored to the pre-accident condition.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience and the ability to:
- Interpret repair estimates and draft supplements during disassembly.
- Perform tasks ranging from light repairs (sanding and resurfacing) to sheet metal replacement (welded and bolt-on).
We have built a team of self-motivated professionals who take great pride in their work. For this role, we offer:
- Hourly pay ranging from $22–$40, depending on experience.
- Availability of overtime for the right candidate.
- Benefits including paid holidays, a 401(k) program with employer match, and paid time off.
