FULL-TIME SEASONAL POSITION – 2027
RT’s Detailing is looking to hire ONE highly experienced, reliable, and motivated mobile detailing technician for our upcoming 2027 season.
We are looking for a professional who takes their work seriously, has a strong work ethic, and understands the level of quality our customers expect.
⚠️ EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED!
A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF VERIFIABLE PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE DETAILING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will NOT consider or hire applicants with less than two years of professional detailing experience.
This is NOT an entry-level position, and we are NOT offering on-the-job training for beginners.

✅ STRICT EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
✔️ Minimum 2 years of verifiable professional automotive detailing experience – NONNEGOTIABLE
✔️ Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
✔️ Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable law
✔️ Extensive knowledge of professional interior and exterior detailing
✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔️ Excellent time management and organizational skills
✔️ Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Must take full responsibility for the quality of their work
✔️ Must follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

* Dishonesty, theft, serious misconduct, and major safety violations may result in immediate disciplinary action, up to termination.
We do not tolerate repeated carelessness, cutting corners, or poor-quality work.
We understand that nobody is perfect, but we expect our technicians to have the knowledge, experience, and professionalism to get the job done correctly the first time.

You must be confident in your detailing abilities, take pride in your workmanship, and understand that customer satisfaction is our number-one priority.
This is a professional detailing position, not a position for someone looking to learn the trade.
