Sometimes your barber cuts your hair; sometimes you detail your barberā€™s wifeā€™s car, and he pays in 5s and 10s šŸ˜‚ We had his wifeā€™s Lexus Es350 which was fairly clean minus the golden retriever hair in the back. We had the Burton Properties work truck in with its vinyl flooring and vinyl seats; it cleaned up pretty good. Not using a vacuum on an interior is always mind boggling, but a nice change.

Today we had a maintenance client in, and as life goes, sometimes stuff just happens. One of the shop dogs, or both, scratched their sunshade, as you can see in the photo, so of course I offered to buy a new one for them. After a bit, we decided on a gift card. Youā€™re probably wondering why someone would post this.

But in business life and personal life, accountability is very important to me. As a dad of 3 boys, being accountable sets the example for them in all of their future endeavors in life.

I donā€™t know who needs to hear this, but your door pockets are not trash cans. Straw wrappers, candy wrappers, the last part of your Bojangles biscuit you didnā€™t want? Doesnā€™t go in the door. The amount of things Iā€™ve pulled out of door pockets would blow your mind.
