A reminder to all our loyal and possible future customers out there… it is YOUR choice as to whom you have work on your car. If you ask for Action Auto Glass and are sent to a different company, you can request it be changed to us.

Due to recent steering issues, our customers have requested us and the insurance companies are still sending their claims to “their (the insurance company’s) OWN preferred choice”.

While customer steering is not illegal in Tennessee, it IS illegal to force or coerce a customer into using a specific company. They will even use scare tactics and deceptive tactics to steer you away from your chosen shop such as: no warranty, you may owe a balance if we over bill, and if you use them it may affect your policy.

NONE OF THIS IS TRUE. IT IS YOUR CHOICE 100%.

We have been upstanding members of all the glass networks (for over 23 years) that these insurance companies use to handle their auto glass claims. We should always be a choice.
