Customer concern, no heat coming from vents. Diagnostics led us to find the water pump leaking causing low coolant. After providing estimate and giving a timeline to the customer…. Parts came in a day late. My partner and I worked til most of the world was asleep to ensure we could keep our timeline. Although we cannot always control outside influences, we can control ours and the vehicle was returned ahead of schedule. We care about our customers as if they are family. The hardest part of this job is telling a client, “hey you’re gonna need to spend more than the car is worth.” Most people only have 1 vehicle and in todays market values are through the roof. My goal for the future is to have a sort of fund to help with larger expensive jobs. Together we can make a difference.
