Today is the day!

Gas prices are high and entry prices are higher everywhere you go. Not this weekend! Stay close to home and save your money this Labor Day weekend. Saturday we have heads up and index racing here with free camping Saturday night, then we'll close out the weekend with a cruise-in/swap meet here on Sunday.

-Gates open at 3:00
-True Street classes cruise at 4:30
-Index class time runs at 6:00
-Track will be bracket prep
-Heads up class eliminations start immediately following index class time runs
-Spectators $15, kids 12 and under are FREE
-Camping Saturday night is FREE. Gates will be closed after track is closed and reopened Sunday.

The guys at Tin Soldier Racecars have also put a bounty on their 4.97 small tire record on a 28 x 10.5 (no 10.5w). The first person to get past 4.97 will get a free set of 28 x 10.5 tires!

So Jason at Tin Soldier called me tonight and made a suggestion: Since we have some debate among drivers, he suggested we poll our followers to see how everyone thinks they should pay out their bounty.

Do the free tires go to the first driver to put up a 4.97 or quicker pass in competition?

Do they go to the quickest competition pass of the night? (Assuming it's 4.97 or quicker)

Don't forget Sunday starting at noon we'll be having another cruise-in and swap meet from noon until.... well, whenever everyone goes home.

Concession stand will be open as well!

Congratulations to Tom Parton, our 2026 King of the Hill! This is Tom's 4th time being crowned King at Thornhill! He was dialed in at a 4.85 the entire night in the dragster and killed the tree every round.

Bub (Lil Phil) Combs came close to taking that King title but broke out by 1 thousandth of a second! He was rocking Bracket 2 all night long!

Congratulations on a great race!
